Jungle Club is our way of thanking our online customers for shopping with us.

Members earn Jungle Credit to use on future online purchases.

 

How Jungle Credit Works

• Jungle Club members receive 10% of their online order value back as Jungle Credit

• Jungle Credit is issued after the order is completed

• Credit is applied to your account automatically using the email address used at checkout

Example:
If you spend $800 online, you will receive $80 Jungle Credit to use on a future order.

 

Using Your Jungle Credit

Jungle Credit can be used under the following conditions:

• Valid on online orders only

• Can be used on full-priced items

• One credit per transaction

• Jungle Credit cannot be redeemed for cash

• Jungle Credit cannot be transferred to another person

• Jungle Credit cannot be applied to previous purchases

Credit Expiry

• Jungle Credit expires 30 days from the date it is issued

• Unused credit will automatically expire after this period

Exclusions

Jungle Credit cannot be earned or redeemed on:

• Clearance items

• Already discounted or promotional products

• Gift cards

• Shipping fees

Important Notes

• Jungle Club rewards are designed to encourage repeat purchases and long-term loyalty

• Jungle Credit is a store reward, not a cash rebate

• The Jungle Plant Co reserves the right to update or change Jungle Club terms at any time
