It thrives in FNQ when given regular water and a bit of shade during the hottest part of the day.

Iceberg is fast-growing and produces clean, compact heads that are ideal for raised beds, veggie patches, and pots. Harvest whole or pick the outer leaves as it grows — either way, you’ll enjoy a steady supply of garden-fresh lettuce that tastes far better than store-bought.
