    Lemon Thyme – Thymus citriodorus 🍋🌿

    Bright, zesty, and full of flavour! Lemon Thyme combines the earthy aroma of traditional thyme with a fresh citrus twist. Its tiny green leaves release a delicious lemon scent when crushed, making it perfect for marinades, chicken, seafood, and herbal teas.

    Hardy and easy to grow, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. Compact and low-growing, it’s ideal for pots, borders, and pathways where you can brush past and enjoy that refreshing scent every time.

    🪴 Planting tip: Loves full sun and free-draining soil. Trim lightly after flowering to keep it neat and encourage fresh growth.
    🌸 Flowering: Summer, with small pink-purple blooms that attract bees.
