Light Requirements

Watering

We have (2) sections to shop from! Please make sure that if this particular plant is in the 'Cairns & FNQ Locals Only Plants' you understand that we will not send this particular plant - even if it checks out. Unfortunately while we ship many plants, some plants are simply too big to send!
All our local plants are sent via local courrier, and all our other plants are sent via Australia Post.
Pickup
You can opt to pick any of our plants up at our store on Svendsen Street, just wait for the 'pickup email' and then head on over!
Returns & Refunds
Our plants are considered a 'perishable item' so unfortunately we do not accept refunds. Please make sure that your purchase is final, and you understand the risk when shipping plants. It's assumed in our T&C's that you understand how to care for plants that have been shipped. That being said- we aren't unreasonable if any major damage happens and you provide photos while still boxed we can open a case with Australia Post.
