    Vietnamese Mint – Persicaria odorata 🌿🔥

    Spicy, aromatic, and full of flavour! Vietnamese Mint is a tropical herb superstar used in countless Asian dishes. Its glossy green leaves with dark markings pack a punch — think coriander with a peppery twist — making it a must-have for salads, soups, and fresh rice paper rolls.

    Fast-growing and super easy to care for, it thrives in warm, humid conditions and loves regular water. Perfect for garden beds, pots, or even beside ponds where it can stay lush and happy year-round.

    🪴 Planting tip: Loves full sun to part shade and moist, well-drained soil. Trim often to keep it tidy and encourage fresh new growth.
